Mission/Vision

Mission Statement

Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church exists to worship God, to proclaim and witness the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to unite and worship God in Spirit and Truth, to nurture and educate and to minister to the needy.

Vision StatementSunset over Union Hill

Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church, according to divine purpose and plan, is a visible, local, organized body that is composed of baptized believers associated together by The Church Covenant and a fellowship in the Gospel.

We strive to be a sovereign, independent, democratic, and aggressive body whose ministry is gloriously blessed with the presence and leadership of Holy Spirit and the light and revelation of The Holy Bible.

We are organized with the authority to administer The Lord’s Supper and Baptism. We exercise the authority to carry out The Lord’s Work, and as such, all authority over membership, affairs and missions of the church.

As a missionary church, we are responsible for the activities and doctrine of missionaries.

We believe in The King James Bible and totally reject all false doctrine.

Pastor’s Message

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I pause to give thanks to God for all of you.Pastor McCullers

To all the Executive Body and all the ministries of this blessed branch of Zion known as Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church, thank God for you.

I give honor and praise to God for His almighty power, His goodness, His holiness and His faithfulness, all of which are great. Morning by morning, His mercy we see. All we have needed, He provided. As we embark upon areas of unknown adventure, let us trust God for a safe and meaningful passage.

I thank God for you accepting me as your pastor. As we set forth on this continued journey, always realize that storms will rise and cause us to sometimes tremble. As we strive to do God’s will, I ask for your prayers and support. We shall move spiritually-equipped by God. Our steps shall be ordered by God. And, this Holy Spirit-filled ship shall be under God’s control.
